Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

333D3S3RT3D is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the shipping provider.

333D3S3RT3D is not liable for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will gladly assist by providing any shipping information needed to support your claim.
